- Gluco is Created by mixing two calcium salts. It provides the right the right amount of calcium to the bases of the spheres for them to react with the Algin. It does not affect the taste of the food in any way.

- How to use: Dissolve 5-10g per litre at room temperature in an aqueous medium. Intended for nutritional use.
