- Sucro is a powder emulsifier ideal for making airs in alcoholic media.
- Characteristics: 1)It is available in powder form. 2) Insoluble in fatty media. 3) To be diluted in an aqueous medium without necessarily heating. 4) That said, dissolution is faster with heat. 5) After dissolving, add slowly to the fatty medium.
- How to Use: To make airs: dissolve it in aqueous or alcoholic medium with the help of sticks and operate the crushing arm on the surface of the liquid. For emulsions: dissolve in aqueous medium and then slowly add to the fatty medium. Restricted use in food stuffs. Maximum dosage in certain foodstuffs: 1g/I. Batch/consume preferably.

- Uses: Can be used for example to make olive oil caramel.
- Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Out of reach of children.
